My suggestion would be to co-wholesale. I tried driving for dollars. The only thing that cost me was gas to drive around. I took done all the numbers on bandit signs and what I found was real cash buyers. I built that list and partnered up with wholesalers that had properties with no buyers. Let me know if you need more ideas...I'll be glad to help you.

Good morning Investors!

Is there a way that I can put in an offer for a property on the MLS without a proof of funds letter? My intentions are to assign the contract to an investor.
