I am searching for funding to do m first flip. I have bad credit due to being laid off in the oil and gas industry. If you can help me with funding, I would gladly appreciate it!

My name is Quintessa (duh)...anywho...I want to be apart of a few flips. I don't have money or the credit to do it on my own because of being laid off a plethora of times in the oil & gas industry.
I will find & bring you the deal and be the PM (Project Manager) for the flip! I DO NOT have experience in rehabs, but I DO have experience as a manager and have the eyes of perfection!!
I KNOW that I am reaching FAR & WIDE on this one, but I really, like REALLY want to start doing flips!
