Thanks guys, appreciate all the response.

@Dhru Das - I'll send you a message and take it it from there.

@Kumar Paj - I have a couple of rentals in A/B class areas and my current goal is to find multi-units/apartments in areas with low tenant turnover. I live in the western suburbs and have been looking in the same area, but haven't had any luck so far, and thus I wanted to see what areas other investors are focusing on.  I've been primarily using sources like Zillow and Redfin for my search. Do you recommend any alternate ways for the search?

Thanks Derek and Joseph, currently I'm only trying to focus on the Chicagoland market; I appreciate your input though.

Lisa - I'm aware of Logan Square but I've the same concern of high prices there. I'll plan on looking into Bronzeville and Homewood markets. Thanks for sharing the information.

Hi Jimmy, thanks for answering to my post. Currently I'm looking to build passive income by investing into multi-units; just wondering if there are some areas with low tenant turnover.

Hello,

My name is Rahul. I'm a new to the Bigger Pockets community and have been getting acclimated to this site and its member’s by reading posts and listening to podcasts. So far, everything has been entertaining and educational, and I look forward to continuous learning and networking while here!

I have recently started investing in the Chicagoland (Illinois) area and would like to know if people can share their thoughts about what are some of the hottest areas for rentals and flips? Thanks!
