Thanks for sharing Joe. I really enjoyed your 9 beliefs and 9 habits. Couple of the beliefs really connected with me. Im a Realtor in CA. Getting into my own investing now. Setting up my LLC. I've been locating great deals for investors/clients, then I realized it's time to do it for myself.
