My New Mexico property is located approximately 50 miles east of Albuquerque and approximately 80 miles south of Santa Fe.

@jon_klaus The light office is in south austin off of Ben White and Manchaca. The mixed use condo is 1mile east of downtown Austin.

@james_vermillion the vacant land in NM is 40 acres of ranch land, surrounded by other ranch land. I've considered putting a cabin(s) as a rental but financing might be tricky. I'm open to ideas others have had success with in a similar case.

I'm happy to have discovered Bigger Pockets and look forward to growing my knowledge in real estate. I'm presently an engineer by day and landlord of a SFH, mixed use condo and light office. I'm interested in the following: passive income streams, alternate financing, development and multi-family. I also own some vacant land in New Mexico that is currently unemployed :-). I'd like to get some creative ideas on how to make this land in NM work for me. Looking forward to digging into the BP forums and networking!
