Thanks Joshua Dorkin for sharing. I have found this feature very useful and I'm liking the results I see from the "Austin" keyword that I've set up. It's also interesting that it is the first city that shows up on the list.

Brian Hoyt I always get an inspection because I want to know what I'm getting into. Most of the time the inspection report reveals minor low cost issues however, there have been times when an inspection revealed a high cost issue that I wouldn't have noticed. You may be able to use the results of the inspection as a negotiation tool. I would recommend doing an inspection.
