@Melanie Raine thank you! I actually have a mortgage from Leader One for my primary home, Ive heard they do not require a seasoning period. But they do not service their own loans so I would have trouble qualifying based on fannie mae and freddie macs guidelines

Any recommendations for smaller local banks or credit unions that do cash out refinances for investment properties without a seasoning period?

Im currently searching through the list of code compliance properties aka vacant building list in the city of St. Paul (Minnesota) , I can find the owner through a mls app that I have on my phone, I also can find the owners current address if they do not live at that property. However when I look up that address its showing other owners. Not sure if the information is out dated or what, has anyone dealt with something like this? Thank you

I graduated in 2016, my education of business management and finance has not helped me. However the connections I have made as well as the different people I interacted with has benefited me. I was a part of the wrestling team but if I was not involved in a sport I probably would not have choose the college route . My plan A is real estate investing and I am not concerned with a plan b however if I need one I can always fall back on my degree. That is just my experience and I'm sure others have had different .
