Hey team! I wanted to drop a quick note and introduce myself. 

I'm an active-duty Air Force Officer and Real Estate Investor seeking single-family residences & multi-family units in the Dallas/Fort Worth (TX), Huntsville (AL), or Omaha (NE) areas. 

I've currently serving overseas in Germany, which I've used as an excuse to remain on the sidelines. Over the past year, I've been gathering as much information as possible through the BP forums, podcasts, and books. I'm currently seeking networking opportunities with like-minded investors and referrals for realtors, lenders, contractors in order to build my out of state (OOS) core four. 

My long term goals include building a portfolio of short-term and long-term rental properties through buy and hold strategies to enable my ultimate goal of financial freedom post-military retirement and passing assets down to my kids.
