Hello Heather, you should not be paying for ANY COURSES - all you need is some structure and all the rest of the info Is all available online free. Do not be fooled by people boxing up their "expertise" and selling it to you. I been doing this successfully a while and trust me - its all in front of you, its if you choose to know where to look and how to find it. DM me if you have any other questions!

Find out the owner, call them and speak to them directly on what their intentions are. Once you find out their problem, help them solve it by offering a few solutions, steering them into an opportunity.

Not in my experience, my favorite is mojo dialer because you can record and hear VA's making calls for coaching.

I suggest YOUTUBING, you will easily run into many experienced people. You will also find book resources there as well.

How do you plan on marketing to these 10,000 contacts. Only reason why I say that is you and a 1000 others are marketing to the same list hence making it an uphill battle to get in front of motivated sellers. I feel like there are other strategies that can work better.

Of course it’s not a tactic that doesn’t work. But to pretend not to apply technology to finding motivated sellers is almost antiquated. Time is the only thing we all have in common. You can run multiple businesses with efficiency. But yes if you want your whole job to be calling and sending mailers then yes I suppose that works to some extent.
