Jon the idea is clever but considering time usage and you working a full time job I would consider this. Bill gates, you, and me have the exact same 24 hours. It’s what we do with it that makes a difference. Did you know people are googling “how to sell my home fast” - I use technology to get in front of buyers. Anyways DM me if you have any questions. But the idea is clever :)

Hey guys - interesting post right? The why behind it all. DM me and I will give you my thoughts. I feel it does make a difference (not the mentorship) ... the why behind it all.

Hey Christian - considering you want to consider being virtual you pretty much have to think of yourself as a tech company - how can you solve everyday problems everyday wholesalers are having and using technology to do it since it’s harder for you to go to these properties physically. It def can be done if you are working smarter not harder. You can DM me if you have other questions but I don’t mind helping.

I think it depends how new you are to wholesaling - it’s a process - depending on your expertise it’s not always a good idea to throw a lot of information at once. You should have a linear approach and start progressing piece by piece. You can reach out if you have any other questions

@Christloudjy Cardichon depends on what you are looking to do - you def need the big basics to get started. You can send me a message and I can help you pinpoint some of them. I’ve used them all. Each one has its advantages.

@Kalim Kalla I like some of the comments but let’s be real - wholesalers provide a service for us cash buyers and investors alike. My motto is If you can’t find it - make it. I am spending continuous time and effort training working and helping my small team of wholesalers get better single day. I am accessible available and provide great insight in their business. When you do that great things happen. It would be any investors and buyers dream just to sit there and let the wholesaler do all the work - not even help or build a relationship then beat them down when they aren’t up to par. You have to invest in your people and business and great things happen.

@Amy Moreno have you thought what what your next week, month, and 3 month actionable goals are to help you reach your goal of getting your first property? Like set up a website? Get on a software? Drive for dollars etc. you need a linear plan to follow to ensure you are crossing to do’s off the list because it can sound overwhelming after you learn then run into the creating action part.

@Michael O'Connor Hey Michael - that’s great you are taking all the right steps. But you are right you don’t need to invest in expensive programs. There is way better bang for your buck situations to help you do better.

@Chris Gawlik I agree with everything you are saying. With that being said that promotes opportunities for cash buyers who are able to offer motivated home sellers a chance to sell their homes for a discount. Even with the stock market and real estate during the pandemic there will be mostly losers and some winners. If you strategize efficiently you will be on a winning side. Businesses can flourish regardless of pandemic or no pandemic. It’s just that a crisis even heightens the fear factor - allowing certain people with strategies to capitalize on it.
