Hey @Brock Forkey. Where’s your project located? Handymen are hard to come by as are contractors this time of year. What are you looking to get repaired? Small jobs tend to be ignored by contractors. Send me a pm for a few names.

I second cozy.co

I’ve been using it these last few tenant cycles and it’s a great tool in many ways.

1- if the tenant won’t pony up the $40 fee or take the time to do it, it’s a great indicator for me to who I’m dealing with

2- I don’t have to take applications and money and I don’t feel bad for taking an app fee and not giving it to those applicants.

3- no need to collect ssn and to destroy

4- Tenants can’t leave anything blank as they can with a paper app

5- feels more formal and professional

6- generally the type of potential tenant I like to deal with that can use tech to communicate, which gives me a glimpse to how they’ll handle future complaints and requests.

Hey @James Partsch Jr, feel free to shoot me a pm or call for advise on pricing and whatever else. I’ve got a double at the 290 and Delaware (bannard Ave) and this property flys off the shelf when I put it up for rent.

Hey @Solomon Fulop!

Welcome to bp. You should come out to one of our meet ups we’ve been doing once a month since the beginning of this year. Look in my profile and you’ll see where we’ve had em in the past. We’ve been meeting on the second Wednesday of the month at 6pm. Next months location is currently tbd.

This past week we just had it at SATO brew pub and it was a blast.

Hope to see you at the next one!

Raylan
