Hello Buffalo!

Welcome to our 6th meet up for the year! My co-host @Eric Winstanley has recently closed on a church on the westside and has graciously offered to open the doors for us to hold our get together. The one caveat is that there are no restrooms so come prepared. 

For those who would like to join us for their first time, we're just a bunch of normal people talking about investing in the city of Buffalo and the metro area. We get together as a large group to discuss whatever is on our minds and go from there on a monthly basis. We typically meet on the 2nd Wednesday of every month and are in our 6th straight meeting coming up. 

Please bring a small snack to share (back o chips, 1 soda, something small) and we'll have a chance to check out Erics church and talk realestate.

Keep our group in mind, hopefully we can schedule out months in advance if group members put up their spaces. 

Hello Buffalo! We're doing it again this month, May 9th 2018 @ 6pm. We're switching it up and headed down south to a space that 2 other BP members have gracious setup for us to meet in @patrickdoty and @robgannon.  We're told its another great interesting space so we're excited to see you all there. 

Parking is available either on the street or as part of the Mangia restaurant area. There are 2 parking areas off of Quaker and Linwood. 

If you're new to our meet ups we encourage you to come out and join us. We're a laid back group that gets together to mingle and learn from each others experiences. Our format consists of circling up with quick 30 second intros, a group discussing about whatever question a group member would like to pose and break off sessions with whomever you'd like to chat with. 

Snacks will be provided this go around so please save them for the next event. Bring yourself and friend too, the more the merrier!

For future meet ups, we have been doing 2nd Wednesday's every month. 

Looking to iron out the deals this week. We’ll let everyone know via the events section ASAP

You're invited to our 4th City of Buffalo New York meet up this year! We've been on a role and really happy with everyones inputs and the relaxed vibe. 

We'll do another "bring something to share with everyone thing". Lets go light on the beverages and go for the more snacky foods.

For the newbies, our deal is we're just a bunch of regular people meeting to get together to talk about real estate investing. We span the gamut from from well seasoned to un seasoned. We're here to talk things out and share our experiences about investing in the Buffalo Metro area.

Excited to see everyone again this month. Feel free to text me if you have a hard time finding us or just want to chat 716 32 zero- seventeen twenty nine.
