That's excellent. When we use the second entitlement could we have another 0% down?

My Wife and I are both Veterans. I used my VA Loan to purchase the single family home I currently live in. We are selling our house and taking the equity to invest in multi-family homes. We intend to live in a triplex or quadplex (not to much inventory here). My question is after we purchase our first multi-family home and live there for a year can we use the VA Loan again for our next property (if we live in it). For the second property will it considered an investment property and require 25% down for a conventional loan? Any help on using the VA loan strategy would be helpful. I understand the first purchase however; after that I am a bit confused on what type of mortgages are available.

If I'm reading this correctly the Property needs a new roof and one side needs to be rehabbed? If so 4,000.00 is not enough for the initial maintenance unless your a handy man and do everything yourself.
Yes for you can file a claim. You are the victim of criminal damage (or whatever it is called on your state). When someone recklessly destroys someone Else's property it's a crime:) Marcia, Thank you for your post. It helped me a lot.

Agree with everyone above who says revoke Offer and go to court. If it helps... I've been to court a lot! There's a lot of emotion in the room for first time goers. People get ready for court like it's going to be a courtroom drama movie,"You can't handle the truth"! In reality it's just a judge and clerk who listen to the same stuff everyday. If you're sincere, logical, and calm you'll do fine (if it gets to that). As with everything else, the threat is always worse than the actual result. Just my two cents :)
