I plan to be there. What will the topic be? 

I have been very busy as of lately due to I am wholesaling , rehabbing 5 deals and plan to pick up 4 rentals this year. However I have a time slot opened up where you can pick my brain! It will be on a Friday night either 1/9 or 1/23. Basically you will Drive MY CAR or ride with me to put out signs. SO Basically I will drive and we both jump out to put out signs. OR You can drive my CAR and I hop out to put out signs. It normally takes me 3 hours to put out signs.  If we start at 9pm or 10pm we can be done with in 3 hours . I only put signs out at night. THIS IS A OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU TO GET INSIGHT FROM A REAL INVESTOR WHO IS ACTUALLY OUT THEIR.  I get alot of people wanting my phone number however I dont share it because I have been very busy. Alot of people want to take me to lunch but unfortunately I have had to turn some down.  So if you are in CHARLOTTE and interested please  PM me or email me [email protected] this is FOR 1 PERSON.

Concord is like that also CL is a joke here.. You have to make that deal super attractive to get someone to buy that in concord. For that money they can easily get a rental in Charlotte and Charlotte offers appreciation unlike most parts of concord. 

hello I see you use live in East orange, Nj. I use to live their before I relocated to Charlotte, nc.  I may have 2 builders if they are not to busy willing to take on the project.  before I inbox you let me make sure I am clear you want a builder to build you some homes that you will own & finance project. Is that correct???

What was the topic last meeting? 

I would like to throw my name in the hat as well. I brought my first flip at 24 years old and lost money. I was fired from my last job in 2012 making my top salary 38k a year as a Grad school drop out. Well since then I have made 90k in 2 months. Ive taken my father to the superbowl in NJ this year. I ve also been turned down from 2 major networks to do a show in 1 week. lol I am writing this right now around noon after going grocery shopping at wal mart. I just got a call from the gas company saying they will turn on the Gas to my rental. So apparently I do have a job. So I got to go, guys hopefully I am picked. :-) 

@Joshua, yes and it happen in your favorite city of detroit! lol
