Here's my entry... Flew in from STL, registered and immediately saw a good 10 to 20 familiar faces at the bar... Totally wussed out and ran to my room. Just being honest. Being an investor with 1 deal done had me at a loss for how to strike up a conversation with a room full of professionals. Tomorrow is a new day. I am going to learn as much as I can, throw caution to the wind, and interact at all costs. Here we go!!!

The hotel recommended Super Shuttle. Booked it both ways today for 48 dollars total including 20% optional gratuity.
PS. I thought Josh was picking us all up?

I am so excited about this summit, curious what topics/speakers have you all excited to go? Also any tips from those who are conference pros on how to retain the most info/stay mentally focused for something like this. Friday looks like a 14 hour day for me!!!!

So the house I flipped has not sold and I am at the point where I believe potentially it will be more beneficial to rent out. I have already planned to screen using BP's recommended screening service. Couple of questions here, I was going to us an electronic withdrawl from the potential tenants bank account, what are your experiences with that.
Secondly, I am a total newbie Landlord. What tips/advice can you give me to make this experience less painful? I am hoping to learn from others mistakes. Any and all information is appreciated!
