@Ray A Delfi wow so you mean to tell me you read through all the comments and got pissed of obviously not much is going on for you and @David Barnett then lol looks like you need to focus more on minding your own!! Especially you Mr @david This is hilarious 

@David Barnett I already told you your services are not needed here and yet you are still here having debates don’t you have investor things to go and do?? Or are things drying up for you because you obviously don’t have people skills a lot of people must dislike you lol oh and for your information just because I have no desire to build someone else’s dream or vision does not mean I don’t want to work as I have explained I recently became a sales agent and ready and willing to do the hard graft work!!

@Ola Dantis I guess just to please the masses I should have put “ how to better my chances of getting a loan being self employed with savings” thank you ola I’m always winning even when I’m losing, lessons are learned through failure. So at the very least I can say  I have learnt how to ask a question better and structure it to avoid attracting negativity thank you!!

@Jeshua Patrick thank you for your input yes at the REIA meetings people do pitch deals I'll consider that. I do have great people skills if I do say so myself!!

@Sterling Chapman I’m a tough cookie myself this is nothing 🤣. Yeah I’ve always worked and when I got laid of so easily and saw how disposable employees are I didn’t like that feeling so I gave myself the challenge to work on myself and invest the time into myself and see if I can really do this I can always go back and work for someone if this doesn’t work out! 

@Malcolm Allen @Tanner Marsey @Derrick Simmons thank you for your input I do have money saved was just hoping to use leverage in my case. I have great relations with people in high places so I might consider the private money just have to find a property with a great deal. I am definitely going to look into wholesale also as I know this is a good strategy to obtain large funds fast. 

@Syed H. I don’t understand why people like you are still commenting my QUESTION has already been answered and clearly I can obtain funds last time I checked banks are not the only way to obtain funds I’ve already got what I need so I don’t need you to respond to this!!
