Thank you to everyone for your words of encouragement and advice even tho there were a small few who didn’t have kind words to give the genuine advice and encouragement out weighs them all thank you again!! And now I can say I am a lot more knowledgeable about what is available to me and what isn’t that’s all I wanted to know

@Account Closed hey I am very interested in investing in Detroit initially when I was getting my money together was for a deal I saw in Detroit it was a duplex with tenants already init good cash flow! I would love to connect more with you and see if we can get a game plan going.

@Mar Tell Dennis I took the online course called RealEstateU $99 it took me about 3 months to complete depending on your day you could complete it quicker I was working at the time so that’s why it took me that long hope that helps!!
