hey guys, if you're local around Cedar Rapids, I have a fridge for grabs. The picture is of one in my house, but the one available is still in the plastic. I bought it for a flip and now realize the fridge is too big for the kitchen (bought a counter depth fridge as a replacement). Let me know if you or someone else is interested!

@Mogen Keene  Welcome! I know this is an older post, but I'm just now catching up. Your situation is similar to ours. My husband is a contractor and does all the work on our fix/flips, we also have a few rental buildings. Good luck in 2015!!

@Thomas Fosnaugh  & @Justin S. thanks for the information! Similar to you, Justin, our house is priced above $300k and I know there's always little movement in that price range. I suppose I'll just keep my hopes up. I figure tax return time is a good time to sell a house, no?

We have decided to sell the house we live in and move into our 'flip' house... I just listed our house FSBO on the above website, but was wondering if anyone has had success in the past using it?

Nice flip, @Tyler Smiarowski ! I like those cabinets from Menard's. I was hesitant because of the white trim we have, but it looks good in your house so now i feel better, ha!
