@Nathan Gesner Thanks, my thoughts exactly. He also knows I only ask to see a property after I run the numbers and ready to make an offer. His text is word for word and I don't want to  post a screenshot of the conversation to protect his privacy. But yea getting a new agent seems to be the thought of the majority of the people in the thread.

@Justin Schaefer I did that, I explained to him what I was looking for and how I intended to get there, showed him my finances etc. Ive also closed a 252k deal with him, this whole thing could have been avoided if he had called the listing agent and schedule the showing for me because at the end of the day all I care about is closing the deal. I don't know people have different reasons for doing what they do.

@Clark Michael Totally, the thing that got me upset is that I was also doing a lot of the heavy lifting. Chasing the deals, and bringing them up to him. I thought it was a partnership where we both working towards success but that's not the case. Just frustrating..

@Zachary Clevenger Thanks, it's a really messy situation. It felt a bit rude the way he conveyed the message. We can all agree the general consensus in this thread is that " I need to work with more agents" and this is what I will do. I already have a couple that I am interested in working with and hopefully we can build a good and lasting relationship.

@Ryan Murdock Did my screenshot answer your question about the geographic location?

@William C. @Jay Hinrichs @Ryan Murdock I am still a bit lost. This is the clause from the buyers representation this is effective until 8/27.

And I asked what geographic area it covered. Does it include the location of the property he wouldn't show you? If so, your argument may have just gained a little traction.

I'm still all for agents not showing properties they don't want but as an agent you can't sign a contract stating you will do so and then decide to not be there. The agent has to be upfront from the start or suffer through the commitment.

I was able to find the buyer`s representation from dotloop with the geographic location on it.

Geographic location

"Brockton, Taunton, Avon, Stoughton, Abington, Holbrook, and surrounding areas"

The city where the property is located borders " Taunton" and the buyer`s representation is effective until 8/27.
