The Tampa area is a really great area to invest in with that amount. Long distance investing can be overwhelming at times. You want to ask a PM company about their renewal rate. There are less expenses if you can keep a tenant long term vs a yearly turnover. What type of inspections will the PM do for you? Having a dedicated contact person also helps vs calling a call center. If the management company is more concerned about getting a contract signed vs the on going education you might need to look elsewhere.
