Hey Gaetano, I live here and can help a ton! I have a hostfully for my airbnb that has my personal recommendations, I am not sure of the site rules though so you can DM me for them.  I am also looking for a lender in the area if you are able to assist!

Hey @Sheri Lowrance, there are a few on the beach in Fort Lauderdale that allow it, but you would want to do your own research (It is not hard to find which ones allow it by a simple airbnb search).  I own and manage a very successful airbnb in the area and would be interested in performing the same tasks for you.  Also, my fiancee is a terrific realtor in the area and can help with the search as well.  Feel free to DM me with any questions or help needed.  I know the area extremely well as I built out spreadsheets for over a month on most potential Florida markets factoring in any significant factor that alters returns.  Best of Luck!

@Jaron Cumberbatch, can you expand on that some? If you don’t mention price point or area, or any metrics, then you’re essentially just gambling.  What are you looking to accomplish? What kind of returns do you desire? How hands on do you want to be?
