Hey Dakota Mivshek I am actually helping with a shipping container conversion starting this weekend. As of right now I don't know anything about it but it should be a fun project. I might be able to provide some info as the project moves forward.

Hi Chris , are you going to be flipping houses ? My sister is an interior designer and I'm sure has a number of subs in her network. She specializes in kitchen and bath so I know she knows cabinet installers but I bet she knows others as well. PM me let's, chat.

Hey Everyone! I'm a new to Real Estate and have plans on how I would like to get started investing but in the mean time, I would just like to get involved in my community. So if any of you Bigger Pockets members need any help with literally anything at all whether it be a small labor task at one of your properties to making a phone call or simply driving by to check on a property.
