I know I'm late to this forum.  Just signed up to BiggerPockets.  Must give my opinion.

I've taken numerous training classes/ workshops over the last decade. Some were excellent, others a total waste of time and money and bad advice. 

I would rate Josh Cantwell's 40K flip program as one of the best.  What did I like about it?  Well, I list a few reasons:  great teaching style, comprehensive beginning to end explanation, excellent customer service, live-time reviewing of training, a 40K forum.  After training, I met Josh in person and I still like him.

I highly recommend his program.  If you think education is expensive, try ignorance.

I so glad to see another event schedule.  I've not yet attended any past events due to schedule conflict.  I WILL be able to attend September meeting and I'm looking forward to it.  See you there.
