So when i ask any good funnel routines? I'm asking does anybody have a great system of narrowing down great deals from duds? And any system how they get the leads and find great deals maybe i can even pick your brain ?

Yeah but i wanna learn a lot more so maybe later down the road if somebody doesn't know i can teach them what i learned and plus wholesaling is the easiest part of REI.

Yeah i would mainly use the license for MLS purposes not to actually do the paper work and other thing. Now with that out of the way without the license is there a good way to get comps and find mls listings for free ?

Welcome but if you happen to have some tips that would be great even tho were different markets i would still love to pick your brain .

@Kevin Wiltz Just saying there is free ways for leads to get that first deal then after you can just pay for direct marketing , so me personality i wouldn't believe in those sites.

@Carlos Castillothere are so many side of REI ( Real Estate Investing ) one thing is you gotta find your niche like mine is wholesaling, lease to own and even subject to. So look into what you might like but 9 times out of 10 everybody starts with wholesaling look into and see if it's for you ?

So i'm a REI from New Jersey , and i keep running into a road block. I can never find the real MLS or the best or even the correct MLS for NJ and i wouldnt mind paying for them but i cant find the right website that the realtor uses and not a free one like realtytac i used but it doesnt list the listing agent and i wanna be able to find all the info about a property so soon as i see it i can make an offer.

So hello BP Members , my first contract was simple , i found a discounted property , called the owner and not the realtor or anything we talking a asking price he apccept then my lawyer sent over a Contract Of Purchase. That was the most easiest money iv'e made my whole life.

@Rygen Ward at least you have one foot in the door , also do you have your preferred style of home your investing in yet?

Also @Ryan Cameron would you have anything in Allentown Or within maybe 25 miles of there?
