I believe Hoboken/ Jersey city are very good if there outside the urban areas unless it's just rental property's

Yeah your right but would it be possible if you can suggest a good one in middlesex because the one i was working with she doesn't have me on her email list and i'm not going to waste my time with her.

SO i have one contract under my bell but i have a HUGE question ??? As a wholesaler when puting a house under contract , i had to put $500 of my own money , is there a loop hole that the earnest money can be put down out of somebody else's pocket ?

Well thank you for your input @Priya J. GSMLS is very helpful but i'm trying to do either central ( as in New Brunswick , Perth Amboy & Edison ) And for north ( maybe Trenton and other urban sides )
@Kevin Hill now with the NJMLS how on point are they because i wanna be able to check listings every morning and see any new ones so i can make offers and other things but it seems like i should just get my licence .

I've seen it a couple times but how accurate is it ? And what benefits do you get without paying ?
