From my option if you flip a house it's your flip , if you wanna flip for somebody else your talking about doing a turnkey approach. Flipping houses in PA isn't as hard as you think. You main issue is just finding the deals , then the money and everything falls in place. Also with the Contractors get some bids and use refereed contractors not just google some. If you don;t have anybody to ask then start going to REI Meet ups and always ask around and network.

Now with Real Estate what are some great ways to protect my assets from lawsuits or even anything else?

I know these eight only , are these the best to understand tho?

1. Use Business Entities

2. Own Insurance

3. Use Retirement Accounts

4. Homestead Exemptions

6. Annuities and Life Insurance

7. Get Rid of It

8. Don’t Wait to Protect Yourself

These eight i learned at a free webinar of Than Merrill's. Are there more for real estate for wholesaling and rehabbing and even buy and hold process?
