@Sean Richway, I currently live in the upstate of South Carolina.  I'm in the need of a good lender.  I will be making a purchase in the next couple of weeks.  This will be my first purchase and I would love to a great lender to assist me with funds. I plan to flip a property first and then purchase a few multifamily rentals.  Are you interested in funding both, rentals which will be refinance to cash you out?  I don't have experience but I do have excellent credit, limited cash on hand, and a great desire to succeed because of my education here on BP.

@Joe G. the limit applies to one transaction. That means that you can't checkout with more than $500 worth of goods. You can return and purchase more. Your purchases are not tracked.

The discount applies up to $500 maximum.
