I am looking for a CPA who understands SDIRA and UFDI taxes.  Any chance you know how to do these type of taxes?

Anyone buying rentals in the greater Tampa,Fl area? We are holding in an LLC and I'm having a hard time finding companies that will insure Liability while in an LLC. Anyone want to share an awesome insurance company?

I went to an investor meeting yesterday where a Property Manager and a Real Estate Attorney presented the new Rent Control and Eviction laws that go into effect 1/1/20 in California. They said the eviction part of the law is worse than the rent control. It's going to be even harder to evict tenants. What do you guys think?

We have a self directed IRA LLC in California. We have sold our properties in California and are going to start purchasing out of state. Should I close the LLC in California (also to get rid of the $800 fee each year) and open another LLC in the state I'm investing in?
