Mindset is everything. Work very hard on yourself dont ever stop learning. Make alot of mistakes and dont be so hard on yourself when you mess up its life there will be failures.

@Adam Rose I am part of a Hard Money Lending Company. We prefer clients that have room in their cash-flow to be able to make their payments. We don't want them worry about other debt and focus on their project.

@Joanna Schutte Have you tried  local real estate  meetups?  At these events you can sit down and meet and greet hard money lenders as well as others who can be of help.

  1. Fannie Mae requires that title be held to the property in the name of the LLC for a continuous timeline of a minimum of 6 months for partial eligibility but for full eligibility it would be 24 months.
