I have 4 properties in Huntsville, Madison Alabama and I use @Carolyn Dietrich with Dietrich Rentals. They have been so awesome allowing me hands off management I recommend them every chance I get. 

Tell them I sent you. I'm not sure if they management multifamily but I don't see why not. I would imagine it being just as easy as 4 single homes.

I agree with @Jon Crosby. If your already going to renovate the whole home. It will definitely be potential for more profitability as a 2 or 3 unit. Rather then multi bedrooms There are more and more 2 to 3 person renters via airbnb then there are larger groups. 

I have been invited on 2 of my rentals and spoke with the rep this morning for just a few minutes. They are sending me the information and said that it is definitely invite only!! I am going to think about it after getting all the information because I don't want to lose any ground on my listings. The rep said something about questions being sent to guests asking if their stay would qualify as a destination and that was one of the qualifying criteria. Will report back with details as I GO!

@Joe Kim Ditto. I have been an investor, landlord, for over 10 years now but have ventured into STR for 18 mths now. What a grand adventure. Better late then never! I absolutely love real estate and working with other investors! Currently have 4 LTR and 4 STRs soon to be 4 and 5 plus maybe a commerical property for good measure. Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!
