@Steven May Thats crazy, i was going to ask for money from a hard lender, but I rather do it your way and ask my credit union or another bank. I didnt think they would approve with so little down.

Did the bank give you hard time about you house hacking your first property and showing proof tenants when asking for the 2nd loan of 5% down?
