Thank you Jon for your time. Yes I am currently a Licensed insured GC. I am selling the company, and look to proceed with just rehabbing. I have stumbled along and have worked with unfortunately, only small fry investors or interested parties without the proper funds. Short version: Past experiences didn't work out as planned, therefore I continue my quest online for yes, a money partner.

Seeking information in repects to locating investor(s)interested in an "in house" supervisor / exp. rehabber to flip with. Where does one find such a person? Any help is appreciated. No service magic or Angies list for such? :help:

My interest begin and end with rehabbing houses. Looking to be ones right and left hand. More less an ending point for my search.
