Monthly Meetup Alert!

We are holding our monthly meetup on Saturday, February 4 at 8AM in Trophy Club, TX. This free event is a chance to mingle with other like minded individuals within real estate and how we can help one another achieve our goals. We all know that real estate is a team sport.

Our topic of focus this month is how to spot the unique value in a property and the location is one of our newest properties we are working on flipping currently. Please feel free to message me for more information or any questions you may have.

We will be providing coffee and donuts as well.

It's that time again! 

My business partner and I are hosting our monthly meetup, this time it will be held in Grapevine. We will be discussing how long term rentals are here to stay and how a 300k house can start cash flowing from day 1. 

This is a free, casual meetup and we give people the chance to mingle with others within the real estate investing world and see how we can help each other achieve our individual goals.

My business partner and I host a monthly meetup on the first Saturday of every month at 8AM. It is a casual meetup where you can mingle and interact with others who invest in real estate as well and we try to help each other set and meet our individual goals. Our next meetup will be on 1/7 with the location TBD but usually we meet at one of our Airbnb properties that we own within the Dallas area. I can let you know as soon as we have determined the location.

This is a casual meetup with the chance to network with other like minded individuals within the industry and real estate investing. This month our topic is how real estate is a team sport and how we can help each other in meeting our goals for the next year. 

Come with an annual goal in mind for 2023 and meet others through "speed networking" to see who can help you achieve those goals and how you can hold each other accountable.

As we all know, real estate is a team sport. Every month in the DFW area we provide the opportunity to meet and network with real estate investors and other industry people. We hold our meetups the first Saturday of every month at 8AM and this month we are meeting in Lewisville at one of our active Airbnbs. This is a chance to interact with other like minded individuals and how we can all help each other with setting and achieving our individual goals.

Personally, my business partner and I own several LTRs and also have 15 active Airbnbs with a goal of getting to 50 and love to be able to learn from others and what they are doing.
