Hello Erick, I want to recommend my REI attorney @Ethan G. He helped me draft my LLC docs and just recently reviewed a couple of contracts for me. He has been very helpful with REI questions I have had and has offered great advice, too. I recommend him to anyone getting into real estate investing.

(North of Houston) When I ran employment ads with the word "bookkeeper"I would get hammered with resumes back when we were 5%. Not so much anymore

Right now, I got an ad running  to find somebody (kind of clerical)  to write leases, manage documents, help post bills and post payments or really just take some of the load off my current staff. No real applicants, the only ones I got were marginally literate people who worked in restaurants looking for new work and that would have to be watched and trained move by move. So 10% unemployment?? hmm.. what ever they want to tell you,they will tell you. 

If he was the cheapest, he would not be worth hiring

I've worked with @Ethan G. several times and he's a straight shooter. He's not the cheapest but he's thorough and knowledgeable.
