Hey I'm a newbie that what's to get into buy and hold I'm doing a lot of reading, listening to podcasts, I was wondering if it's a good idea to find REI that are looking for someone that looking for help managing their properties just to get my feet wet, stuff like checking in on properties,trash,rent stuff like that

Anybody try doing property management for other people property just to get the hang of control your own property or to make money on the side

Hey newbie here question when you got the property  under contract did you leave the price blank? The reason I ask is because I been reading and I see that once you find a seller you two agree on a price and then put it under contract.... @Ryan Billingsley

Hey just wanted to know if any wholesalers here have gotten any good leads on Craig list and how did it work out for you

I have to admit that I lost focus on my goal on becoming a real estate investor, manly because of holidays and other distractions. Just wanted to know if anybody here have gone thru the same issue.. P.S I'm back and ready to make this my career
