hello we are looking at a duplex. one side is rented, one side needs rehab. if I choose to do an FHA loan (for purposes of saving on my down payment) and say I live in one side, how long do I need to live in that one side before I can turn around and rent it out. I don't need to live in it at all but I heard there are laws with FHA financing.
