Hello bigger pocket investors. We are looking for some ideas on marketing.  Things have really slowed down the last few months, the phone is barely ringing.  We have not changed our volume of marketing which is direct mail to probate.  Does this business slow down this time of year here in Denver?  We have done approximately 100 new mailers per month since January. I would guess we walked through 10 houses out that and made 2 deals

I want to know how REO'S are going today in Dec. 2014. Is it a good niche to go after. Is anybody doing it in Colorado or Wyoming?

I currently am wholesaling and also want to know can you wholesale REO'S.

In my area the local newspaper publishes foreclosure notices.   I have been wholesaling for a year now and want to direct mail to those folks.  Does anybody know how to read those publications?  Ie: what stage are they in?  is this a good idea to market to these publications?  Any info would great thank you in advance. 

I am expanding into the Cheyenne area and was wanting to know who was doing business up there.

Is anybody buying or selling manufactured homes in Cheyenne Wyoming?
