Two Years into My Multifamily Real Estate Journey

For the past two years, I’ve been diving deep into multifamily real estate. Until now, I’ve mostly shared this journey with close friends and family, but I’ve realized it’s time to open up and document this experience for everyone. My hope is to share what I’ve learned, continue growing, and connect with others on similar paths.

This journey has been nothing short of eye-opening. I’ve grown professionally, confronted fears, and stepped out of my comfort zone in ways I never expected. It’s been enlightening and has pushed me to work toward becoming the person my future self can be proud of. So far, I have learned so much and there is so much more to learn!

One thing that stands out the most to me is that compound growth is real. The work we put in today may not show immediate results, but the fact that we are taking action is a win and over time, it builds into something far greater. It’s easy to feel discouraged when the rewards aren’t immediate, but growth is happening beneath the surface. You will have doubts and you will have fear of failure but even if we don’t always reach our goals, the process itself shapes us. To me, success isn’t just about the end result—it’s about challenging ourselves, finding out just how far we can go, being grateful along the way, and helping others.

Give yourself the chance to find out what’s possible for you. After all, you miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.

Quote from @Neil Narayan:

A South Korean company that supplies Tesla is inching closer to a transformative project - codenamed "Project Motion Forward" south of Austin that could make the company Buda's largest private-sector employer.

Futronic's potential project is part of the continued referring to how electric vehicle suppliers have flocked to the region in response to Tesla's mammoth presence in eastern Travis County where the Elon Musk-led company has a huge factory and headquarters. Tesla's expanding footprint in the area in recent years has made Central Texas a hub for the electric vehicle industry.

Examples of the biggest recent projects in the Tesla sphere are: the company itself taking more than 1 million square feet at Kyle/35 Logistics Park; supplier US Farathane Corp. taking an entire 410,000-square-foot building in Georgetown; and Hanwha Advanced Materials LLC building a $100 million, 200,000-square-foot advanced high-tech manufacturing facility near Georgetown.

And also nueralink and the boring company and now X! Austin is becoming the tesla HUB!

We're in a nice pause window for now. I won't be surprised if Austin feels a nice upswing next year. There is so much pent up demand.

Right?! The inventory is there but the cost of living is so high people just can't afford to buy anything.
