Any brokers dealing with multi-fam in Cleveland? I would like to discuss with you.

Also if any investor has done value play with apartments, I would like to hear their advice/story as well.

I focus in 43201 in Columbus. I deal mostly with off market deals. I make calls directly to owners of rental properties in 43201. 43201 includes Victorian village, Harrison West, Ohio State University, Italian Village, and Weinland Park. If you would like any deals in that area feel free to contact me.

Any wholesalers in Columbus OH that are doing work in German Village, Victorian Village, Italian Village, Weinland Park, Grandview, Short North, Downtown, OTE, OSU Campus area? These are very hot areas and I would love any deal you come across. I have been having trouble finding them myself by doing the old fashioned door knocking and cold calling.

Victorian Village in particular if you have anything please let me know.

Hi everyone! I have made a few comments but no introduction. I am a real estate agent that was just licensed in Columbus Ohio. My bio says sylvania it won't let me change it! I just graduated from OSU and am looking to work with investors to find deals and hopefully be a part of their team longterm. I want to start as soon as I can but must learn first. I like learning by action not by education. I have tried education and I believe until you get out there and start doing it yourself you won't really commit to it. I am doing real estate investing full time, I'm not very interested in the typical retail sales side of real estate but more the investing. I have been messaging and trying to get the local community so if I haven't messaged you please shoot me a colleague request and we can start chatting. I love meeting in person and getting to know people individually, I've already done it with two members from the site.

I hope to be at the meet ups and can't wait to meet the columbus ohio BP community.

Hi Catherine:

I have lived in student housing for several years and have had several different types of leases. I would be happy to send them to you via email if you want. I would not draft them yourself as that could be very risky. A lease is there only for the purpose to protect you and the tenant and hopefully everything goes well so you never need to use it.

I am also a realtor in Columbus and if you need any assistance in the future I would be happy to assist you with help or even any advice or local knowledge. I have a very strong background in finance and everyone says you make your money when you buy the property. If you would like the lease that I have signed in the past or need any assistance please message me.

I hope everything goes well for you!
