Welcome to BP Eric! I've lived in Tampa for 6 years now and have recently started wholesaling but eventually want to build a portfolio of rentals throughout the area.

Best of luck to you and I hope to see you around.

Tampa Bay REIA & Suncoast REIA are a couple, also check meetup.com for real estate events in the area!

Any local chamber of commerce is always a good networking space too!

Thank you for the welcomes everyone! Adam we usually only sell to buyers using cash or hard money. Buyers using traditional loans are looked at on a case to case basis. What can happen is the buyer uses hard money and then refinances with a traditional loan.

Hi Dylan, welcome to BP and real estate! I work for a wholesaler here that buys and sells about 10 - 15 off-market properties a month in the Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Polk, Sarasota and Manatee counties. Let's talk and do some business, there's multiple angles we can work together in.

Hey Jeb! I'm a wholesaler in Tampa, I'd love to do some business! Whether it's you or I that brings the deal to the table. We get about 15 off-market deals per month throughout the greater Tampa Bay area. We can refer you to reputable contractors of all sorts that we've worked with.

Hey Everyone!

My name is Robbie Aurie, coming from Tampa, FL.

Originally from Tampa, grew up in Maine and have been back down here for 6 years. Got my bachelors at USF in business marketing. Worked for a digital marketing startup for a year and a half before deciding to move into real estate.

Goals:

Build a professional network that allows me to help my buyers while also grow my own real estate portfolio.

My sister owns a couple rentals in St. Pete that I've helped out with. Eventually looking to partner with her and her business partner on some properties, most likely buy and hold.

While I currently live in the Brandon area, I'd like to buy and move into a duplex / multi-unit property in Tampa or near downtown St. Pete.

I just got my real estate license a month ago and have started wholesaling. I provide my network of investors with a private list of 10 - 15 off-market single family investment properties around the greater Tampa Bay area each month.

I also buy properties in any condition.

Between my colleagues and I, we have quite a network of contacts to provide as a resource to you.

I'd like to connect with everyone and see how we can do business!
