Hi Simone, 

Yes it's still available. It's definitely a 3/1.5. I'm honestly unsure. The half bath is in the garage conversion, which looks to be permitted based on the tax rolls, but I'm not 100% on that. The garage conversion however is not the 3rd bedroom. I'll inbox you about the comps.
