I just got a notificatioin about this post being voted on. Wow 4 years ago. Time flies. Anyone have updated thoughts on the iBuying now that is much more well known?

With Zillow out of the iBuying game, opendoor and offerpad seem to be the two dominate iBuyers here is Vegas. We have buyers in escrow with both companies right now. We also have one buyer in escrow with Zillow (One of their previously purchased homes before they stopped buying.)

I love this idea! Count me in! Phil Dwyer used to host an in person meet up. Maybe he would be interested in getting some of the old members and new members back together virtually. I have a paid Zoom account we can use if needed. Let me know!

Someone mentioned 89072 zip code. This is not a zip code. I believe that was a typo for 89074 which is just north of the 215 but still very close to green valley ranch. This zipcode is great in my opinion because you are not paying a premium to be south of the 215 freeway for zips like 89012 and 89052 and 89044. but you are still close enough to those areas to take advantage of the restaurants and shopping etc without a far drive. I may be a little biased as I have lived in 3 homes in 89074 over the years and have sold a ton of homes in there as well.

Request a letter from the HOA stating that that they allow it. It will help you market the listing and it will be required for any new owner that applies for the STR license. Best of luck with the listing.
