Hello sir, and yes the goal is to be financially free through passive income with rental properties and flip some houses on the side. Once I have enough equity in my rental properties sell them and perhaps to a 1031 and get something bigger or buy multiple other rental properties with the money I acquire with flipping or equity I've built up.

I'm 21 and I'm very ambitious! I'm eager to to learn. Im from Los Angeles California currently stationed in Germany and will be moving to Texas in April. That's a perfect place to start, I heard it's a very good market. I'll be it the Wichita Falls area, 2 hours away from Dallas. Any tips on how to get started ? Finding a mentor ? I've done nothing but save save save in my 2 year tour in Germany.
