Hello everyone,
I am looking for recommendations for a property manager for Wyndmoor, PA. This is for a single family rental. Any suggestions and recommendations would be great.
Thanks!

@Mike McCarthy
Thanks guys. They don’t really seem to care about it and were almost puzzled when i contacted them. I think they only care about the tax dollars coming in from rent. I know a lot of the Boroughs in the area have permits and inspections, but it seems like I am good here.

Hello,
First time soon to be landlord with a question:
We have a property in Springfield Township Montgomery County PA. We will be renting it out. I called the township and they said they don’t have any permits or anything that is needed, but I can’t believe that is the case in this area. The person didn’t give me the confident vibe they knew what they were talking about, but I could be wrong. Is anyone renting properties in this area? Anyone know the process here? Do i really just pay the taxes and they are cool with everything?
Thanks a lot!

I have been using Fundrise for 2 years now and they have been paying dividends consistently. I switched to dividend reinvestment last year and have been happy with the service so far. Returns have varied, but been around 8-11% over the 2016, 2017, and 2018 with my investments so far.

Just to tag along here, can the 9 months of PITI in reserves be in retirement accounts like a roth IRA, or do they need to be in a cash account (savings/checking)?

I have used mint for a few years now and love it. I will have to look into Personal Capital.
