how about all of the value and expertise your broker adds to the transaction? Are you sure you can properly represent yourself in this transaction?

Tell him that it's your house and that you select who works on it. Then tell him that if he doesn't like it then to not let the door hit him in the ***.

Hmmm. Perhaps we need licensed and bonded tenants.

i have the opposite problem. I put out a for sale sign and the majority of callers want to rent

Tell him that if he takes you to court that you will make it your mission to destroy his image in the community and make it impossible for him to business in your city.

I know this is a matter of personal opinion but the inside of the house seem cold to me. The vast expanses of white walls leaves me cold. Open floor plans are nice and I do like high ceilings but this gives me a warehouse feel. Just my tastes.
