Post: CMA's in Alabama not showing Sold Price

My wife is a Real Estate Agent in Texas and has full access to the MLS in Texas. We have recently been searching for the MLS in the Birmingham, Alabama area...it's called RPR (Realtor's Property Resource). We've been able to pull some CMA's through that, however in the Recent Solds....none of them list what the Sold Price is. Are we missing something to get this info?

We appreciate any help or insight!

Congratulations Joshua!  I am an investor as well!  I work for Pearland ISD and live in Sugar Land.  Perhaps I could buy you a lunch one day and we can exchange ideas?

I don't think this area has been affected too much by recession.  The Houston area is one of the fastest growing markets anywhere. Everyone needs a place to live.

I'm not familiar at all with any of the other markets you have listed.

Great post!  I actually work for the school district in Pearland and really love this community!  Even though Harvey flooding was not quite as extreme as others in the area,  there were pockets of flooded homes. Most of it took place just south of Beltway 8 between Mykawa and Pearland Parkway.  First time flooding.

Good Morning Justin!  Welcome!  I live in Sugar Land and work in Pearland.  I am also an investor in the area around Houston.  Maybe we can get together and chat sometime!

I live in Sugar Land and work in Pearland. The two events I go to monthly are the Fort Bend REI meeting First Tuesday of the Month at Rudy's (Hwys. 59 and 99) and the Jet Lending Super Meeting on the Third Wednesday of each Month. The Jet Lending event takes place at the RedNeck Country Club in Stafford (W. Airport Blvd. between Hwy 59 and Murphy Road).

I have a friend who is looking for an apartment or condo in the Clear Lake/League City area of Houston.  How can inquire on BP for who has what available?  Where do I post the right way?

Thanks!

I also like FBREI!  You might also consider visiting the Jet Lending event at the Redneck Country Club in Stafford. Third Wednesday of every month.  September meeting had over 1500!

Thanks to all!  I've learned a lot here!  Now it's time for me to take some investor action!  I live in Ft. Bend County, Texas (SW of Houston), starting off Wholesaling short term and Owner - Financing long term.  I'll be more active here!
