Wow you are throwing 400 a month in your pocket on your first deal?? You killed it man I'd be happy to cash flow like that on my first house deal.

Congratulations on your first deal! I went looked at houses yesterday I will be making offers on a ton of homes these next few weeks. Is this cash flowing? Or will that be later down the road when more of it is paid off?
