@Sacha S. great thread! I am also looking to do vacation property in Palm Springs it's a hot thing a lot of us are doing and considering now. Seems better more cash flow you get the feeling of hosting just seems better but I'd like to give it a go. I'd like to connect with some of you about this maybe we can all give our overflow over bookings to each other! 

Interested thread he may be busy investing like me! I am also looking for financial freedom and hoping to start with a 4 plex and get things lined up to go out of state like others have. I am also a young first time investor stay strong out there young investors!

@Benjamin Riehle I was just looking at Tucson online and there is a ton of museums and things for people to do on vacation there. My attention is drawn! I am still in the process of getting my boots on the ground here and getting the first set of keys found another great lender today I want to tell you about!

@Levi T. did you ever see my post. I am getting ready to throw half a million into my local real estate. Any pointers? This is coming from a court ordered sale on my commercial property and will be reinvesting in a 1031 exchange. Do I need my 1031 guy to contact the court? I don't know anything about this.

@DJ Cummins awesome thread. I am in the middle of a 1031 exchange and I hope to pick up 4 to 6 units this year! I been looking at properties but considering the auction for a good deal!
