@Christian Wathne friend request sent I am looking at wine country near Temecula. They say it will be bigger than a napa! Bring on the appreciation and cash flow! My new idea is tiny homes! Affordable living less carbon foot print start get back to real living not mansions and 5 cars LOL.

@Megan Greathouse what a great thread 8 pages long amazing! I haven't even been able to look at it yet. I am preparing to try to turn 500k into a million as fast possible. I am thinking multiple family and flipping. How would you spread that amount or even 400k to get enough Capitol quickly to buy land and start your own rv I am dreaming of with tiny homes. I will need about half a million dollars with the tiny homes and the decks gazebos bbqs and the fishing pond for the kids. I would love to flip about 10 properties.
Thank you Megan! Can't wait to see your next thread! Open to hear any ideas you have as far as my goals.

@Anthony Fiorini great thread real estate is very interesting when you read and then when you start looking at properties in hot markets you start to get concerned and you start to wonder how much harder you will have to look to get a deal. I'll be making low ball offers on many distressed properties and hope that out of many we get lucky. Only one way to find out. I am preparing for my first flip!

@Christian Wathne I was thinking maybe go half towards brrrr to supplement cash flow and support my dream of a farm and a RV park in wine country. Then other half go towards flipping? So I can start building that Capitol. My project of a rv park with civil engineer and the county permits is a half million dollar project it looks like. So I need Capitol asap with that 500k. Are you in interested in flipping together? Apartments homes? You have the know how I will have the bank!

@Robert Herrera I love this thread shows how powerful and simple real estate can be. I am looking to dump half a million or so into my local region. How would you do it make half that money rentals then the other half flips to tenants to do rent to own? I am trying to figure it out and meet a bigger pocket member!

@Jon Lee my buddy called me the other day and said the hot ticket is a house in Vegas for rentals because of the new football team coming in. What's your take on this?
