@Dave Hurt Welcome to bigger pockets! I am in my late 20s and I am getting on the real estate wagon right now! I had plans of developing a RV park in Southern California wine country but I found out today that will cost half a million and that will be all that we have to invest so I am going to play it safer and flip for a while build more Capitol. What can you tell a new investor jumping right now looking to throw about 500k into my local Southern California market. Great thread thanks!

@Lorraine Hadden congratulations! I am also on the hunt for my first property looking to fix and flip. Any suggestions for our first few buys they will be at the same time.

@Theodore Renka I am diving in but

I am also brand new. Can I flip 3 at a time?  I just saw a guy in here made 40k on a flip. I I did 3 flips that be 90k if I made 30 each. I want to double that 500k asap. I figured maybe in 9 or 12 flips?

@Mark Rogers amazing story! I am looking to dothe same thing you did! I am selling some commercial property in Corona California and I'm hoping for a quick sale and land on some smoking deals to flip! If you have any pointers tips suggestions I would love to make 30 or 40 grand a flip that's amazing! I'd love to flip a few houses at once!

@Theodore Renka long time no talk! Great thread for us newbies! I am selling some commercial property in California and I am looking to do something like this. How many houses can I flip at once with 500k and good credit and lenders?

@Bill Exeter thanks I have learned a lot the past few days. My property is in the market if you want to talk to shannon at WFG title to start preparing for the exchange. I'll be down in San Diego this week.  Can we sell our next properties if we want to flip them? Not the rent to own just straight sell them after fixing?
